Tow Hitch Receiver w/ Hitch Cover (Qty: 1)

It is engineered to help accommodate your RAV4 maximum tow rating.

  • Touch/Hands-Free Power Rear-Door/Liftgate/Power Sliding Side Doors Water, weather, dirt, and other conditions may cause the hands-free power liftgate sensor to not operate properly.
  • See Owner’s Manual for limitations.
  • Installation of a tow hitch receiver or other accessories located near the rear bumper or side door kick sensors, may require disabling or removing the kick sensor, and the sensor operation setting in your vehicle should be turned off.
  • See Owner’s Manual for limitations. Towing/Towing Package Never tow beyond a vehicle’s published towing capacities. 


  • Before towing, confirm your vehicle and trailer are compatible, hooked up and loaded properly and that you have any necessary additional equipment.
  • Do not exceed any Weight Ratings and follow all instructions in your Owner’s Manual. The maximum you can tow depends on base curb weight plus the total weight of any cargo, occupants, and added vehicle equipment. “Added vehicle equipment” includes additional standard/optional equipment and accessories added by the manufacturer, dealers, and/or vehicle owners.


  • The only way to be certain of your vehicle’s exact curb weight is to weigh your vehicle without passengers or cargo. [Calculated with the new SAE J2807 method.] See Owner’s Manual for limitations.




Towing Wire Harness (Qty: 1)

The Wire Harness is designed to be used with tow hitch receiver.

  • Helps complete the connection between the vehicle’s tow hitch receiver and trailer
  • Provides a 4-pin connector located on the trailer hitch to provide power to your trailer's brake lights, turn signals, and taillights
  • Features a converter assembly, fusing, cables, and connectors all specifically designed to work with your existing electrical system


o Tow Hitch Receiver currently not available on Limited grades with Advanced Technology Packages.
